All plans are 'priced from' figures paid monthly by Direct Debit. Final monthly price depends on boiler type, age, location and property setup, and is confirmed in writing before the plan starts. Prices may vary with location and workload.

How do I pay for my service plan?+
Plans are paid monthly by Direct Debit. The amount stays the same each month, no large annual upfront cost.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans run on a rolling monthly basis. Cancel any time with one month's notice.
Does the plan cover boilers of any age?+
Most boilers are eligible. Very old or high-risk units may need a one-off pre-plan inspection before we can accept them onto the Service Plan Premium tier. We'll confirm in writing before the plan starts.
What counts as a 'free call-out'?+
Attendance at the property for a heating, hot water or boiler fault, including the first hour of diagnostic labour. Parts and additional labour are then quoted at your plan's discounted rate.
Does the Service Plan include the landlord CP12?+
Yes. Both the Service Plan (£23) and Service Plan Premium (£35) include the annual landlord gas safety certificate as standard.
What does 'full cover' on pipework and cylinder mean?+
On the Service Plan Premium, repair labour and parts for thermostatic radiator valves, hot water and heating controls, gas and heating pipework and your hot water cylinder are included, no extra charge at the point of repair.

Yes, we cover Waltham Abbey, Chingford, Loughton, Cheshunt, Enfield, Harlow, Epping and the wider East London and Essex region as standard.
