How much does a small plumbing repair cost?+
Most small repairs sit between £70 and £180 fully inclusive. Quoted in writing before any work starts.
How quickly can you attend?+
Most small repairs attended within 2–4 working days. Same-day available for genuine emergencies.
Do you fix dripping taps or just replace them?+
We repair first where it's economically sensible, usually a £10 cartridge or washer rather than a £150 new tap. We'll only recommend replacement if the tap body itself is damaged.
Can you clear a slow drain without ripping out pipework?+
Yes, mechanical augers and high-pressure flushing clear the vast majority of internal blockages without any pipework removal.
Why is my water pressure low?+
Most commonly a partially closed stopcock, a failing pressure-reducing valve, sediment in tap connectors, or genuinely low mains pressure. We diagnose properly during the visit.
My toilet keeps running, is that a big repair?+
Usually no, a new silent-fill float valve or flush diaphragm sorts most running toilets for under £120 fully fitted.
Do you cover East London and Essex for plumbing repairs?+
Yes, Waltham Abbey, Chingford, Loughton, Cheshunt, Enfield, Harlow, Epping and the surrounding area as standard.
Is your work guaranteed?+
Yes, 12 months on labour and on any parts we supply. Repeat fault on the same repair, we come back at no cost.
